Book Review
Finding Fraser by K.C. Dyer

Okay, you had to know that I would read and review this book. I’ve raved about Outlander since I started this blog in 2013. Everyone and their brother knows that Jamie is my one true book boyfriend.

The best part of this book was Emma plotting out her journey through Scotland and finding actual locations for some of the iconic scenes from book one in Outlander series. She even found a location for Craigh na Dun. 🙂

Beyond that, there is nothing revolutionary about Finding Fraser. It sits firmly in the chick lit genre and has all the tropes one would expect. I did find myself laughing out loud at several points especially as Emma started to get closer to find her Fraser. The moment I figured it out (and I figured it out JUST before Emma did), I squealed with delight. Finding Fraser is an enjoyable quick read for fans of the Outlander series.

  1. I knew this was Outlander inspired when I saw the post title and book cover…. This sounds interesting tho…. Buttt I am one of those people who loooove historical romance but never seem to get into the TV shows? I mean, I have seen a total of 4 eps of Downton Abbey and I barely finished s1 of Outlander! Gasp

Have you read the Outlander books, Terri? I find that I couldn’t! Eeeeeep!
